I am going to build a gaming PC. My budget is around $650 without Operating System, HDD, Casing, keyboard, mouse, sound system

PS : The price of PC components here in Bangladesh is higher than those in other countries and the $650 components would cost around $750 - $770 here in Bangladesh.

I would be thankful if I am helped to chose definitely which part to buy and which part is worth the price.

The followings are the configurations I have thought of so far :

CPU :

    Core i5 4570
    Core i5 4590

Motherboard :

    GIGABYTE GA-Z97-HD3 ( I prefer this the most )
    Gigabyte GA-z87-HD3
    Asus z87-k

Graphics Card :

    Sapphire R9 270X 4GB GDDR5 DUAL-X
    SAPPHIRE R9 270X(Dual X) 2GB
    ASUS R9 270 -DC 2OC- 2GB
    Gigabyte GV-R9270X OC Graphics Card

Ram : 8GB ( 4GB + 4GB) OR 12 GB ( 8 GB + 4 GB ) [ 2 sticks because if 1 fails the PC will still run in case of emergecy]

Power Supply : Not yet chosen

Parts already bought / managed/ in possession :

Hard Disk Drive :
1 TB Toshiba 7200 RPM

Operating System : Windows 8

Keyboards, mouse, speakers,etc

FOR DISPLAY I will use the following 2 monitors, once at a time :

1. 1366 * 768
2. 1024 * 768 ( DONT LAUGH PLEASE   :p  )

Please suggest me which parts to choose preferring the ones I have chosen.

Suggest some good RAM for the config I have chosen and also power supply

For Graphics Cards, I dont plan to buy Nvidia, only Radeon :)
For CPU, only Intel and only 4th gen CPU

I am a hardcore gamer and I'm going to play all sort of upcoming games like GTA 5, Assassin's Creed Unity, The Crew, upcoming Call of Duty games, Battlefield games, etc

Go for 4590 and h97 motherboard z series board are for overclocking processors and your processor is locked so it would be waste of money to get the z97 board.
Always get a pair of ram instead of buying loose 4 gb sticks and 2x4 gb will be just fine.
get the r9 270x if 4 gb and 2 gb are equally priced then go for 4 gb .
There is nothing to laugh about the display its good for you as you will get same fps as the person using a r9 280x with 1080p monitor :)

Hope this helps if you have questions feel free to ask .
