I live in AUS and am looking for some advice on what sort of parts to use, below is a list of what I was thinking of.
NO OCing.
Budget of $1300

@OP A H97 motherboard at the minimum, or Z87/Z97 if you can would be a great choice in motherboard chipset. If you aren't OCing maybe think about getting the i5 4690/4670/4590 whatever is cheaper. The rest is good, EXCEPT I highly suggest replacing that PSU with a reliable PSU brand,
Antec (High current gamer, Neo eco if it's cheaper), XFX (Any model), Seasonic (Any model), EVGA models P2 G2 or B2.


Any of those would work, I have already changed your build, and tweaked it, take a look

I still managed to fit the i5 4690k in the build just incase you may want to OC lightly in the future, and when you want to OC, you can just buy an aftermarket fan, the Cooler master Hyper 212 Evo works great. You also have a much more reliable PSU in my build, which would also allow OCing in the future.
