I always have many tabs open. For some reason, only when I am browsing on Tomshardware, no other tabs are able to refresh or load an webpages, only the Tomshardware tab can. It's as if it takes priority over the other tabs. I do not see how this could be possible but it's true, Tomshardware causes interference with my other webpages loading in the other tabs. I get 30mb down and 5mb up.

i typically have anywhere from 1 to 14 TH tabs open on chrome along with irc, youtube, and some other websites and havent noticed an issue like this myself.

i'm on 58/58 but i dont think that has anything to do with it as even on wifi (which gives me about 30/15 speeds) i've never had an issue like that.

have you tried other browsers?

Ye.s other browsers I have tried. But this does seem to be a machine-related issue, though it only happens with Tomshardware. Not instantly, but after a few minutes.

What browser are you using? If you are using IE I could see that being the problem. IE 11 is the most broken piece of junk ever. I use Firefox with Adblock plus and Ghostery and even on my very low end 2 year old laptop I don't have any problems with 10-15 tabs open.

I use Firefox on Ubuntu no virus protection. I think it's just the Intel Centrino wireless adapter in this laptop, it had many problems when it had Windows 10.

Does your browser hang or is the TH tab still quite responsive?

All tabs are responsive, there are no freezes or anything if that's what you mean. This does not occur too often, but when it does I am usually very rapidly accessing different pages on Tomshardware. I am guessing I access pages too quickly for what my bandwidth can handle so a page I maybe loaded 30 seconds ago is still receiving data that is simply ignored but causing bandwidth usage.
