gigabyte ga-z97mx gaming vs asus z97m plus WANTING TO OVERCLOCK

Hi, I am looking at building a pc soon and my build list as follows. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated, my main problem is choosing a motherboard.

If you can afford a few bucks more, I'd go with the ASUS Z97-A, it's a better board in many ways. If not, the Plus is a better choice than the MX gaming.
