Steam like service for movies and tv shows?

Is there any Steam like service out there from where you can buy and download/stream movies or TV shows? One which does not have region restriction. I am from Bangladesh and we don't have Netflix or Hulu.

Unfortunately those VPN solutions no longer work for websites like netflix.

They should. The problem with what you're looking for is that it costs a lot of money to license movies and TV shows, so it's going to be fairly limited to the big brands.
