Fx-6350 or fx-6300 or intel i3 3240 + mobo

Hi guys !

So im building a new PC . My budget is pretty limited so there are only few things i figured out for now .

I'll be using that PC for gaming of course .

I have R9 270 arleady and now it the time comes for CPU . Im ' that guy ' who can't buy anything without reading a sh*t ton about it . So for now i am a bit confused since i read very different opinions about each of this CPU's . Im wondering about mobo aswell . For fx i was thinking about Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P or MSI 970A-G43 . For i3 ASRock B75 Pro3 . I would greatly appreciate your advise .

I might add im gonna use 2 screens one for gaming second for facebook etc .

Go with fx 6350 and gigabyte 970-ds3p and get a aftermarket cpu cooler and overclock the CPU.

How much do i need to spent on cooler ? As i said by budget is pretty limited .

I would go with the 6350 as well. Get a hyper 212 evo cooler or equivalent. The 6350 will help you with those mult threads you plan on using at the same time. The i3 4160 is stronger (usually, not always) in gaming, without having a ton of other things going on at the same time, which you plan on doing.

If you can afford an i5, then that would be the best option, but out of the current options I would grab the 6350.

If you want to save a little money, you could alternately grab a 6300 and overclock it.

So give us your budget for the CPU + motherboard plus if you go for i3 you dont need an af cooler.
