Need help picking a Graphics Card

I have been putting together a parts list for my new rig for over a month. List here: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/BBQNBm I have everything i really need but the Graphics Card. I was looking at the Msi, Gigabyte, and Sapphire R9 280s. But if there is another card (preferably black and or red) that is around $230 or less I am open for options.

lots of people are dumping their perfectly good 280x's to upgrade right now. i got a used one on craigslist that runs perfect for 170 bucks and ive seen them for less. just make sure you benchmark it and if it still has a manufactures warranty with receipt even better

Performance wise every brand is more or less the same go for msi twin frozer.

At a budget of 230$ I would suggest a Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 7850. But if a higher budget then Sapphire R9 280X or Geforce GTX 980.

At 230$ there is much better card than hd 7850 hd 7850 is weaker than the r9 270 and r9 280x is available under 250$.

Okay I have been looking at some 280Xs and I like the XFX DD and the PowerColor Turbo Duo. They both seem fairly similar. But I am able to expand to about $270. Any more help would be appreciated.
