Will this PSU work with an Asus GTX 750TI-OC2G25? (PSU in Desc.)

He is looking to upgrade to the Gtx 750ti oc. Will this power supply cause him issues?

Should be fine but what processor does he have. 23A on the 12 volt.

I think it will give big issues for the GTX 750ti OC
PSU Requirements Both link state it need minimum 400W PSU. Also PSU with the minimum 20Amps on the 12v rail.
