Swapping the computers

Comp 1
Comp 2

I want to swap CPU, GPU, MOTHERBOARD AND RAM from COMP 1 TO COMP 2 and the COMP 2 will swap to COMP 1. Will the computers data remain the same if i don't swap hard drives or what will happen if i swap them?.

Example:

Comp 1: Car as wallpaper, a lot of files and data

Comp 2: small amount of data, lion as wallpaper

Will they remain the same if i swap CPU, GPU, MOTHERBOARD AND RAM?

I don't want to swap cases although.

You need to swap the harddrives too otherwise theres a chance that neither computer will boot up if you dont.

It depends on the OS and the hardware. If you are running Windows 7 and the motherboards are the same brand and similar chipsets you can probably boot with the other hardware, but often a clean install is needed.

The most reliable way to do it would be to keep the same HDD with the motherboard, although you should still backup important data just in case.

The motherboard is basically for intel and i have intel i5 on it.

The other one is an system model GA-78LMT-S2P and has AMD processor..

Nope, you need to keep the drives with the motherboards or do a clean install.
