Low performance in most games, and i need help.

When i built my PC the first game i got was bf4. When i first started playing i could play on ultra and high with no dips in framerate under 60fps no i cant keep 60 for my life. I have tried to lower settings to no avail. Workarounds didn't work. I'm just having a shit time playing games lately.

Battlefield 4 36-72fps
Arma 3 20-40fps freezes
Arma 2 same^

Far cry 3 49-60fps
