What kind of games can I play on my PC?

Hello, I have a HP Pavillion a6632f that has been upgraded with a Intel Core2 Duo E6600, 8 GB RAM, and an XFX Radeon HD 7750 1 GB. What kind of games can I run on it with mid-high graphics and what games should I expect playing on low? Thanks

Some of the game I'm considering getting are:
- Call of Duty Modern Warfare(already own)
- Skyrim
- GRID 1
- Deus Ex: Human Revolution (Director's Cut)
- BF 3/4 (depending on what my PC can handle)
- Call of Duty Ghost/Black Ops 2 (depending on what my PC can handle)
- Need For Speed: Underground 2

Skyrim and BF4 will really stress your system, but if you play all of those on a mix of low and medium settings, you will probably be able to.

You will be fine as long as you're ok with 720p res. 1080 would push games like skyrim and bf4 past the limit.
Read the reviews ( not that I put all my faith in reviews ) and you can usually pick out the genuine ones and it gives a thumbs up for skyrim @ 720p.
