Simply a CPU for around £120-130 this is equal to $192-208. NO fan boys take in mind max i want to spend is £230 with Motherboard ($369.67)

i have looked at the AMD 8350 due to me needing cores for rendering and streaming but what do you think?

The FX-8320 is a better choice because it is much cheaper, and can be overclocked to perform exactly as an FX-8350 does.

Get instead the 8320, it's a bit slower at stock, but you're meant to overclock those, for rendering thats the best cpu for the money that you can get.
