Is Gainward GTX970 Phantom Edition good?

Hi,
I want to buy the gtx 970 for my build (ordered in two weeks), and where I live the prices are ridiculously high and the Gainward Phantom Edition is 30-70$ less than any other version. I'm trying to save money here so I wanted to ask if the Gainward Phantom Edition is any good or I must invest more...

The only difference that I can see is that it uses mini-HDMI rather than the normal HDMI, also has removable fans if you so please. So, if you see fit to use mini-HDMI rather than HDMI to save a few bucks it's your call.
Or use a DVI - VGA adapter.
