windows 8.1 and 8.1 pro difference

Just curious is there any difference between windows 8.1 and windows 8.1 pro in terms of a gaming perspective eg. better performance/less resource usage etc?

No. Only diffs are Pro has VHD boot, group policy, and supports bitlocker. And supports remote desktop as a host
