Have any of you bought Windows Server 2012 for a ridiculously cheap price?
I found these three:
http://softwarekinger.com/products/Windows-Server-2012-Standard.html
http://reloadshop.us/products.php?product=Windows-Server-2012-Standard
http://www.dragontrying.com/windows-server-2012-standard/
all for $130 (vs $700-$900).

Every part of me tells me it's a scam (unrealistically cheap price, phone number doesn't work, website was made this year...) except for the part where they accept PayPal. It's well known that PayPal favors the buyer so if I complain to PayPal, odds are that I'll get my money back.

Have any of you had any experiences with these websites?

FWIW: The only reason I want WinServer2012 is for that shiny new ReFS. I'm making a file server and I need that self-healing.

If it seems like a scam, it's a scam. Paypal won't take action on your behalf if you have actually received either a physical copy of the software or a verifiable download, regardless of whether the software is genuine or not. If you paid for a product and it was defective or you did not receive the product, they might side with you but they don't get involved in licensing issues. Here is a thread of a similar nature where I inquired to Microsoft and received an answer:

Ok. I read your thread... I didn't know a copy of WinOS could just "lose" its genuine-ness. That is enough for me to stay away.

Thanks for the answer!

It doesn't "lose it's genuine-ness". What happens is POS scam artists burn copies of the disks and screen print them to look just like actual genuine versions along with easily reproduced packaging, or no packaging, just a sleeve. Obviously, when the buyer installs it they are not going to be able to activate it since it's activation has already been used before. Same with the electronic downloads. Sure, you'll get the installation files, but you can get those anywhere, what you're really supposed to be buying, in all cases, is the license key, which is exactly what will be lacking.

Oh so usually the key doesn't even work? Ok yeah forget that.
I went with Server 2012 essentials since it does ReFS (and really that's all I need) at half the price of Sever Standard.
