Can i run Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor?

I heard this game is very optimized and the dev is too overrestimated the game and on youtube, a guy can run it with AMD Athlon X2 64 5200+, GeForce GT 430, and 6GB of RAM. And my pc specs are better than him (but he got a better amount of RAM than mine). So can i run it?

SPECS:
AMD Athlon II X2 245 2.9 GHz
4GB of RAM DDR2
PowerColor Radeon HD 5570
1TB of HDD
Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

And can i run it on medium/low and with 1280x720 resolution with 15-40 FPS?
Please answer my question because i'm gonna buy the game and this is my first question, so HI!

If i use the program it will ultimately says "YOUR PC CANNOT RUN THE GAME!" because the official (overestimated) requirements are too high but actually the game doesn't need that kind of reqs.
