Graphics card update from 560ti

I am currently running a 3570k and a gtx 560ti

which would be the best/most cost effective graphics upgrade for playing at 1080p and high settings in most games?

As long as you have a decent PSU with enough wattage I would go with the R9 290.

Get a GTX 780 or if cheaper get a GTX 970 or GTX 980. I'm from India and I don't know the prices of those GPUs there.
