Hi,

I am wanting to put a second router in my bedroom which is at the other side of the house and the main one is in the living room, I want to be able to have a wired connection in the room as the wireless signal isn't to good. I have done research on it and found that you have to use power line adapters and disable DHCP on the second router but i am still a bit unclear on the correct way to do this.

My first router is the BTHomeHub 5 and the second one is the NETGEAR WNR2200-100UKS N300 Wireless Cable Router.

Can someone help on exactly how to do this or even another way without running a cable throughout the whole house.

Thanks to anyone who can help me with this problem

Yeah I know how to disable the DHCP part was just wanting some clarification on the rest to make sure I get it right. I don't suppose you know if there is a thread about bridging?

Not in particular but you could probably Google it and get step-by-step.
