Split screen-duplicated image on 3 megapixel monitors

I am trying to set up a new Windows 7 Pro box with 3 monitors- 2 being 3 megapixel medical monitors using an NVIDEA GeForce 750 Ti card. When I hooked up the monitors I get a duplicated split screen. On my previous box (7 Ultimate) the same thing occurred, with an ATI card. Unfortunately I've forgotten the fix- IIRC it was a simple setting change, but I just can't remember.

Pic edited. Those are 2 monitors side by side with duplicated split screens. That is in inverted portrait mode; when in landscape mode they are side by side.
