Hello guys, i'm really in need of your experiences.

Well, i got a 780ti OC version and can't get high FPS on most games. Here are my test results.

TEST 1

ONLY Nvidia Control Panel Settings

Ambient Occlusion: Quality
Antisotropic Filtering: 16x
AA FXAA: On
AA Mode: OVERRIDE any application
AA Setting: 32xCSAA
AA Transparency: 8x (supersample)
Texture Filtering - Negative LOD: Clamp
Texture Filtering Quality: High Quality
Triple Buffering: Off
V-Sync: Use 3D App Setting

Starcraft II - while combat: 35 FPS - without combat: 75 FPS
World of Warcraft - middle of Orgrimmar: 35-45 FPS - Outside: 114 FPS out of 200max FPS
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 - In menu: 48 FPS - In game: 41 FPS
Batman Arkham City - Average FPS: 53
Bioshock Infinite: 60 FPS

TEST 2

Ultra Extra ONLY IN-GAME Settings, without Nvidia Control Panel Set

Starcraft II - while combat: 20 FPS - without combat: 60 FPS
World of Warcraft - middle of Orgrimmar: 40 - 50 FPS - outside: 150 FPS out of 200max FPS
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 - SAME
Batman Arkham City - Average FPS: 55
Bioshock Infinite: 60 FPS

Never seen CPU working on +%90 load on a task (lookingwith task manager). I don't think there's a bottleneck.

I'm expecting from a single GTX 780ti OC to give top FPS when Anti-Aliasing is also MAX'ed with even NVidia CP or withIn-Game settings.

I don't think my config is old enough to not support the graphic card, it's i7 but you know better. Is it because of my board, ram and cpu is a bit old?

Please show me the solution, thanks you.

My config is;
Asus P6X58D-E Mainboard ( its pci-e 2.0 )
i7-950 @ 3.07 Ghz CPU
3x2 GB 1600 Mhz Corsair Memory
1050W PSU
Windows 8.1 x64

It does sound like a bottleneck. That is a pretty old CPU. I'd check out your GPU clocks and temps while playing though, just to be certain. What temps are you getting from the CPU?

i realized somethig btw. I'm closing all Nvidia settings to "off" and "let app decide" from control panel.

Also made Texture Filtering: from Quality to High Performance.

But FPS numbers are same. I never seen CPU usage above %40 but is this also means bottleneck?

Temps are good. And 40% usage means it is not a bottleneck.

I'd be checking the GPU temps and clocks next.

As an afterthought, what resolution are we talking here?

Sorry, been away from home for a bit, yes, it sounds like something is definitely wrong. Your temps are low, clocks are high, CPU usage low.

Frankly, you've got me. Is the installation right (pulling strings now)? Are you sure it's in a PCIe x16 slot?

I suppose it is possible that the CPU is bottlenecking it. It sounds very unlikely, But there is the possibility that the CPU is simply failing to provide the performance necessary to run the 780 Ti.
