Best PC Builds

Hi there, I will soon build a new PC and I'm choosing between an i5-4960k&i7-4790k! Which build would be better? The price between the two builds is under £100 so it isn't an issue. Please help me chose parts and which system will be better! Thanks!

If you really don't care about price, then clearly the i7-4790K is "better", since it has a slightly faster clock speed and hyper-threading that the i5-4690K lacks. Most people, however would be more concerned with best use of their money and want to make sure that the CPU they choose will meet their needs, will be matched with equivalent components (GPU, motherboard, RAM) and that they have spent their money optimally and wisely.

Since that seems to be not our concern, you should get the i7-4790K.
