will zotac nvidia geforce 610 synergy edition ddr3 graphics card support windows 8 64- bit?

Hi all. I had bought zotac nvidia geforce 610 synergy edition ddr3 graphics card and done the setup as mentioned in the manual. After installing drivers, the display of monitor has gone bad. It is displaying multiple colors and screen is blur. I had searched for this on internet and many reviews said that it does not work on windows 8 64-bit. My monitor resolution is 1024x768.
If anyone who faced the same problem or know how to solve this problem, please help me/
The problem is with OS or monitor resolution?
