What is the timezone of Tom's Hardware forum? UTC+00:00 or UTC +/- <something>?

I believe it's -09:00, currently. I think it changes with DST in the US's west coast, but I'm not sure.

Changing? A long time after answering in a thread, it changes to month date, year H:MM:SS AM/PM. So I can't find the actual time (from UTC) of the post/answer/private message.

Daylight savings happens at certain times of the year in some places.

It seems to be -900 now.
