Tight Budget Mobo for i5 4670k + r9 290 Tri-x.

Hey guys,
As I stated im searching for good motherboard for i5 4670k cpu. I will be overclocking a little bit in near future with a decent cooler.

My budget is tight so i will list some of my preferences;

GIGABYTE Z97-HD3
MSI Z97-G55 SLI
MSI Z97 GUARD-PRO
MSI Z97 PC Mate Cheapest one.

Which one of these would be suitable for my needs?

Would there be improvement if i get;
MSI Z87-G45 GAMING
MSI Z97 GAMING 3

Asrocks are not available in my country.

I will purchase my PC today and i researched for Amd Cpu's so i might use some help here.
