BSOD (NETIO.SYS) errors

I'm getting frequent errors SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (NETIO.SYS)
System restarts : Have tested with memtest86+ - no errors
My CPU is a devils canyon i7-4790K which turbos at 4.4
and has been running nicely at 4.8GHz -- I've set it bacl to 4.4GHz
Just till I sort out this BSOD ..

any tips welcome , thanks

so I'm uninstalling zonealarm to see how it goes
