Dead Pixel or Stuck Pixel?

Dead pixel, black spot on a light colored screen, stuck pixel bright spot on a dark colored screen.

A stuck pixel is "stuck" showing a color while dead means dead, it doesn't work. A pixel could be stuck on black and look dead but stuck means it could be fixed and dead can't come back to life. There is no way to tell but usually it's not stuck on black. Also a whole pixel might not be dead or stuck, like the red and blue subpixels still work fine but just the green is dead or stuck. We refer to this as a half dead or half stuck pixel. There are other people who don't use the half terms and refer to stuck is half and dead is full.

so its different as that .. because my phone has one dot when I am in a black wallpaper or background .. how am I going to fix this ?

Massaging it or using an app to flash colors. You might not be able to fix it.

Some people say rub the spot with a soft cloth, never worked for me. Should not multiply.

It's not going to multiply unless the dead pixel was caused by being hit, in which case it's usually more than 1 dead pixel. I've had a few that could be fixed but the majority cannot.
