I am currently trying to decide between the two PSUs in the title.

The CM is 550W and 80+ gold, the Seasonic is 520W but bronze but also top tier (a step above CM VS series) according to the PSU list on these forums. And I just can't decide. Both should be more than enough for my new build below.
I could get the Evo 620, should that be required, for the same price as the V550S or save 15 or so dollars by going for the Evo 520.

Which would you recommend?

CPU: i7-4790k
Motherboard: ASUS Z97-k
RAM: Crucial DDR3 BallistiX Sport 16GB 1600MHz
CPU cooler: CM Hyper 212 Evo
GPU: STRIX ASUS GTX 970
HD: WD Black 1TB
Case: Corsair Graphite 230t
+ scavenged HDs and optical drive

Will be for Blender, modeling and animation, and 2D arting, and games.

(Not overclocking, the k processor just happen to be cheaper. Not going to SLI either)

One recommendation for each. I'll go with my initial pick then, the CM V550S, unless anything changes in this thread.

Thank you both.
