Most of your items are hard to trim money from, your best bet is to rethink the budget on CPU+Graphics as they are the two items that dictate your total cost.
Also that "stuff-uk" website seems very dodgey, wouldn't trust it.
Graphics card would be a tempting place to save money but if it's purely a gaming machine then that's the place to spend your cash.
My suggestion would be to downgrade your CPU to a non overclocking version, and then ditch the cooler and go for a cheaper motherboard. That could save you ~£100 and wouldn't have a massive impact on your ability to run modern games. If overclocking is really important to you then it's perhaps not sensible, but it's almost undoubtedly the best place to cut money from without totally denting games performance.
