The card has been working fine for over a year. Out of nowhere my machine crashes and upon reboot I get no signal to monitor. After clearing cmos several times, power drain, and even 2 fresh installs of windows I'm able to boot into windows. I then install latest nvidia driver and upon reboot I get 800x600 resolution windows login screen. Once logged in I experience blue dot artifacts that flicker on some areas. I'm unable to crank the resolution up the native 2560x1440 of my monitor.
Device manager then says code 43:
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
I've tried the card in both PCI-E slots, same issue. I've tried just the mobo onboard dvi and that just gives me RGB color cycles on the monitor.
I swapped an AMD card into the system and that works fine.
Not sure if it's the vid card, mobo, or maybe psu?
