Is this pc good for gaming?

Hi, i'm looking for a new computer for my birthday and I think i found a good one, i'm just wondering if it can run games like battlefield 4 on medium-high settings
Specs:
3.4GHz Intel 4th Generation Core i5 4460 Quad Core CPU (3.4/3.2 Turbo/Base)
16GB RAM - Kingston HyperX Savage DDR3 2133MHz
2TB Hard Drive - Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm, 64MB Cache
2GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 750Ti Palit Graphics Card
Windows 8.1 64 bit
This adds up to £600, is that also good money?

Get a computer with less memory (8GB) and a better GPU other than that, good PC. £600 is a bit on the steeper side but only if you would build it. Look for one with at least a GTX 760, or an R9 270X/R9 280. Hope I helped!

Thanks, you did help but I have one more question which is would it be good for video editing as I have a youtube channel - I do short animations

Because if you're doing video editing, it would be obviously better with more memory. What kind of gaming do you want to do, at what fps?

My current pc is embarrasingly bad. It takes about half an hour to load the editing program...
Amd Athlon 64 X2 Dual core
2GB ram
17 gb hard drive (at the moment)
Windows XP
