Your top 5 tech info websites... hardcore mode: cant copy another persons list.

Technology wise most of the websites are lame anyway appealing to the main stream user, why read someone else opinion you could have written it better yourself, especially if the website leans towards promoting specific product lines, because their palm has been greased!

Most don't really fully cover the overclocking aspect of things which is the only thing that interests me, because they really don't know what they're doing, so their review is like sticking a toe in the pool, discovering the water is cold and not jumping in.

Regarding CPU overclocking, where they stop is where I start, I don't think I can say it any simpler than that! :)

Good question though, as most down here avoid the subject of technology altogether! :)

That's why you never see any of the participants down here, up in the top of the forum where technology is actually discussed! :pfff:

This is pretty much the only site i visit when it comes to tech. I used to be on Techpowerup a lot but it changed for the worse a while back so i came here.

I also used to visit HardOCP, but i'm actually not a fan of their site layout and i'm also not a fan of the owner Kyle Bennett.

It's hard to give a top 5 list because as i mentioned i only visit this site really for my tech news now a days.

Oh I don't know Ryan, a few of us escape our cages and manage to stick our heads in down here every once and a while! Still, a tech question in News and Leisure....whatever will they think of next??!!

Other than Tom's I guess:

Jonnyguru: http://www.jonnyguru.com/index.php

HardOCP: http://www.hardocp.com/

Guru3d: http://www.guru3d.com/

TechPowerUp: http://www.techpowerup.com/

And VideoCardz: http://videocardz.com/

A few others as well but I was trying to keep it at 5. I don't really participate in any other tech related forums than Tom's though. The other forums I post in are covered by the 'no GRAPES' policy and shall remain nameless.

Tom's Hardware and 123 Mac Mini I go to for the latest updates and news.

I do quite like Anandtech's articles, and anything Scotty Wasson writes in terms of tech.

Lately I have been reading up a bit on graphics ... Iv'e gotten way way behind.

I have a GTX 650 in this PC and maybe that's a bit pathetic ...

So ...

My list is:

toms
Anandtech

Ry, your list of overclocker sites is excellent.
