I would like your help and ideas on my thoughts about my new gaming pc.

GPU: Gigabyte Radeon R9 290 4GB OC
Motherboard: ASUS Z87 M-PLUS
Memory: G.Skill RipjawsX 8GB DDR3-2400MHz
Storage 1: Samsung 840 Series Evo 250GB
Storage 2: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" SATA ΙΙΙ 
Power Supply: Corsair Builder Series CX750M 80Plus Bronze
Case: Corsair Carbide 200R
Optical drive: Samsung SH-224DB

-Get a 290x if you can afford it.
- Get a Z97 board.

1) In my country there is a big difference in price so maybe i have to think about it
2) what about Asrock Z97M anniversary or Asus Z97-P?
3) CoolerMaster V750 Semi-Modular is it ok?

1) No problem, 290 is good too (use it myself )
2) I would go for ASUS since they are much better quality. Depends on price difference between the two though.
3) Yes the V750 is a very good unit with very good after sales support too.

I'd go GTX 970 over a 290X. Same price as 290X with better performance.

The GTX 970 is also less power hungry than the 290x, a whole 100w and 5a less hungry. That means you can ditch the 750w PSU, and go for a lower power, more efficient one in a better more reliable brand for even less money. 750w is even more than a 290x requires.

I'd also step up the HDD to a WD Black.

I also agree a Z97 MB would be better. If you want to keep the system, or at least the core platform parts a long time, the ASUS Sabertooth Mark2 is not bad and is one of their TUF series that's been very extensively server tested, has robust cooling and monitoring features, and a 5 yr warranty.

It's the first time ASUS has offered an economy version of the TUF series, and can be had for $155 right now at Newegg thru 10/13.
