What is a good gaming pc that can run arma 3 on high settings at 45 fps with a budget of 500$

Hi I am looking to build a pc that can run arma 3 on high settings at 45 fps. My budget is 500$.
I don't only want the pc for arma 3, but if I know it can run arma 3 at an ok fps, then I will know it will run other games. I'm a new pc gamer so I don't really know that much about good parts to get. If you can please reply quickly I would really appreciate it. If you can try to make the best possible pc for that budget that be great too. It can be a little bit over the budget. Thanks in advance.
