I have a $750-$780 budget and i want to build a gaming PC. The games i mostly play are League of Legends , Football Manager 2015, NBA 2K15, PES 2014 and/or FIFA 2015. But with that system or something like that, I will give a try on games like battlefield 4, skyrim, arkam etc. I would like your opinion and suggestion if you have something better or cheaper in your mind. Here is my build:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor $184.99
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H ATX LGA1150 $92.99
Memory: A-Data XPG V1.0 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory $74.83
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive $54.98
Video Card: XFX Radeon R270 2GB Double Dissipation Video Card $145
Case: Zalman Z11 Plus $45
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer $14.99

TOTAL: $690

All is well and great but what power supply are you gonna get? And for the graphic card if you go with r9 280 that will prove favorable but r9 270 would suffice too. As for power supply i suggest go with the corsair TX series they are great.

I must tell you that I am Greek and unfortunately some of these component are NOT available in my country. For example, i didn't find neither the rosewill psu you suggested me nor the seasonic s12ii520bronze. BUT, I found a seasonic s12ii620bronze about $72 and the evga 500B Bronze about $69. Also, i couldn't find that xfx psu, but i found another xfx psu; the xfx ProSeries 550W Core Edition about 78-86$. Finally, I have in my mind the CoolerMaster i600 600W Bronze about 68-75$. I would be ok with one of these or you have something better (lower or at the same price) to suggest me? I noticed that all of these psu you have suggested me aren't modular or semi-modular. How does that will affect my PC performance?

For now, I will go with the r9 270 from XFX or Sapphire. Maybe in 2 or 3 years I will upgrade my video card.
See my answer above for my thoughts on PSU. Could you suggest me specific corsair TX models?
The CPU is ok or an overkill? Should I go with some previous i5 model?

I think raising the budget 30$ and getting this build will be better choice

First of all thank you for your answer. It's an amzing build but 4GB Video Card is overkill at least for now. I can't afford that build, but I will consider the case and the cpu you have picked to drop down the cost of the whole build. Maybe I 'll do the same with the MoBo, even though some friends told me to go with a H97 Chipset.
TY again! :)

U R very Welcome :)

for your answer : No with the new games and future proof you will need a good GPU with more than 2GB VRAM so you said you can't afford that and need to H97 MB, hmmmmmm check this out in 750$ range :

The Seasonic 620w you found is the best option from the ones you listed.

Avoid the Coolermaster the only psu's of theirs I would recommend are the V series

Modular/non modular has no impact on performance, just how easy it is to keep your case tidy!

If you get the Seasonic 620w you also probably won't need a new PSU if you buy a more powerful graphics card in the future

No offence, but I am Greek and in my country the currency is Euro. I just give the components in $ for your convinience. My build is at 700€ which is $920. So I have to reduce the cost and the 4GB video card seems to me not necessary right now. Maybe later I will go for it. I will consider the case because it is cheaper than that I have picked. I5 4440 has exactly the same price with I5 4460 so I don't see why not to pick the 4460 model. But if you can drop down the build's cost a little bit while the PC performance will remain at similar level I am willing to hear you!! :)
I say it again, NO OFFENCE!

Are there some parts websites in Greece you'd like us to use? The prices in the US and Greece are very different.

I'm English so putting your prices in dollars isn't really convenient for me anyway ;)
