Hi,
What is your goal? Video games on the highest settings? Video editing? Music production?

For gaming:
RAM = Good
OS = Good
CPU = Good
HDD = not great, but okay for storage. I would add a Samsung 840 Evo. 250GB is pretty cheap now. $130.
Use the WD Blue for storing files and programs/applications.
GPU = Not great. I would upgrade this to a GTX 970 for single screen 1080p gaming.
Motherboard = PCI-E 2.0. It should be find for a GTX 970, but you may want to think about upgrading this in the future as well.

One question - what is your CPU?

If you don't know the PSU it probably isn't very good.
What is the wattage and brand? It should say it on the PSU if you open the computer case (do not try to open the PSU).

So I would do the following:
1 - upgrade GPU to GTX970 $ 350 (comes with free game)

2 - upgrade PSU to at least 650w. I'd go for the Corsair HX series or EVGA Supernova B2/G2 series. $80

3 - add SSD for your OS/system. $130

Total is $560.

You can always upgrade the motherboard too for another $100-$150.
AsRock, Gigabyte, and Asus are good. I have had bad experiences with MSI, but many people like those too.

$124
