Keep getting a random color screen everytime?

So it happens unexpectedly but out of no where the screen turns gray or what and sometimes with randoms stripes? but the desktop is still turned on , it happened like once or twice a day and its SO ANNOYING Im just playing a game and BAM! its gone... few days ago i opened my pc up and checked and the gpu is good and everything else looks like its in good shape? whats the problem i just built this pc not even a month ago. Do you know whats wrong and how i can fix it ? Please help

Really!!? Ugh i just got it used he said he hasnt even had it for a year?

well technology isnt flawless okay try uninstalling the drviers and downloading them again if that does not work than you need a new GPU
