Which Monitor is better? LG 22MN42A or LG 22MP55HQ

Hi guys. under same situations (considering same price) which one of these monitors do you suggest for daily purposes , reading,..gaming...videos and amature computer graphic jobs:

note: HDMI input from PC is important for me

the tv resolution is crap
the second one is IPS which I like for better colors but may ghost on fast action games
the third has bad contrast ratio and luminosity but is a TN, better for fast action games

thank you. but considering the same 1080p and both hdmi & vga, is there still any defference between TV/monitors VS monitors??

the tv is NOT 1080p, if it was then this one is ips you have to decide if you do games that moves very fast.
