I've tried it a couple times, I recommend:

French toast bagel, vanilla frosting, maple syrup. (toasted)
Cinnamon raisin bagel, vanilla frosting.

I don't see Panera doing very well in France. Or really any American fast food. I was surprised that McDonalds and Pizza Hut were in Paris. Maybe KFC too but I might be thinking of Germany on that one since it's been 20 years since I went to Europe. I'm sure they are mostly for tourists not brave enough to sample the local cuisine.

When I was there ( and still as far as I know ) what I noticed is that Europeans go to a market almost daily so they have fresh stuff all the time where as Americans go to a supermarket once a week or less so we eat more processed stuff.

You'll be surprised, anort3.
We've got a lot of fast food. Even a french one called "Quick" which is quite the same as McDonald.
KFC begin to have more and more restaurants in France, as Burger King.
Young people love to go to this kind of place.

I, personally, love this kind of food for a hangover ^^
