can i run COD: advanced warfare on 75hz refresh rate with only 60hz monitor?

yes, but you would only see the 60hz of your monitor. Also if you have v-sync turned on it will most likely keep you at 60hz anyways. I'd go ahead and drop your refresh rate down to 60hz to match your monitor.
