Triple Monitor Setup, different resolutions

Hey guys currently have a single 1080p monitor. Im looking to upgrade my monitor setup and gpu to run triple monitors (left at 1080p, central 4k, right 1080p). I don't have much experience with triple monitors but always wanted one and figure for gaming the central screen is the main screen that is being watched hence the 4k.

Therefore, my questions are:
Is this monitor set up feasible and if yes, a good idea?
What is the minimum requirements to run this setup? (Gtx 970s sli OC?)

I honestly wouldn't recommend that kind of setup. Nvidia Surround can get wonky with different resolutions are used. Also, that setup would be very taxing on your GPUs.

There is no way to use different resolutions, you'll get the triple-monitor span but all three will have to play at 1080p to do so. And surround is better if all monitors have the same height.

As far as requirements 970 sli is OK.
