applications getting stuck at 30 fps if i have google chrome or something else full screen on my second or third monitor

Whenever im Playing any games. if i have a google chrome tab open full screen or it seems to be any application open on another screen full screen it seems to wreck whatever game im playing and drop the FPS terribly.

What are your systems specs?
I'm assuming you have all 3 monitors connected to the one graphics card.
