Hi,

I saw a pic somewhere on the internet of a guy playing Dota2 on one monitor and displaying Facebook on Google Chrome on the 2nd monitor.

I have a 720p monitor at home and I am going to buy a 1080p monitor.

Would it be possible to use both of these monitors with GTX 970?

In a word.. yes.

keep in mind that with the different res that things will look different on each screen. If you have like Chrome open on the 1080 and move it to the 720 it'll look "zoomed in".

When you plug in the 2nd screen you can go to the nVidia settings (right click anywhere on the desktop) and select "set up multiple screens" and you'll be able to move them around and select the main monitor.

When I had a set up with a 1080 and 720 I used the 1080 as my main screen and had it in front of me and put the 720 off to the side a bit and used that for my taskbar, icons, rainmeter, etc.
