I work with a POS dell workstation that always crashes flash. Is there any solution for this problem.

Every time I try to start the programs at work the browser always crashes flash plug-in. I am slowly losing my patience with these garbage computers.

The Flash version is supposedly up to date. I am unable to do any update on the workstation myself. I have recently found out that they are updating the browsers and that may fix most of the problems.
