FPS spikes(drops) in games

Hello, i recently built a pc and i noticed that most of my games are having fps spikes/drops, the fps drops from 60 to 1 wich makes the screen freeze for a second and this happends every few seconds wich makes the game unplayable..

Specs -
GPU - MSI GTX 770 TWIN FROZR 2GB OC EDITION
CPU - I7 4790K
PSU - CX750M
RAM 2X4GB GOODRAM (1866)
MOBO - MSI Z97 GAMING 3
