144hz monitor , 91fps cap - VSYNC on or off?

Advanced warfare only limits the fps to 91.

Its a constant 91 fps with my GTX 980 and my monitor is 144hz.

Should vsync be on or off?

CoD: AW is limited to 91 fps, can't go any higher.

If you use V-sync you should create a custom resolution in the Nvidia control panel, and make it 91hz (or as close to it as possible).

If you do not use V-sync, then don't change a thing.

Fine. I will not use v sync then. It's still super smooth even though the fps is 91.

I didn't say you should not use v-sync. I gave you two different options. If you wanted v-sync, go into the Nvidia control panel and create a custom resolution. Make it the same as your current resolution, but with 91hz instead of 144, 120, 100 and any other hz value it has already defined.
