I'm planning to build a pc for the first time with a budget of $700-$800 CAD.

These parts I've picked are just from other suggested builds/sites. The i5-4460 and r9 270x were recommended by a friend but I'm not sure if I should keep them since its getting close to my budget. Would I be able to fit the remaining parts with those 2 and still be within the budget? And again, this is in Canada so everythings like $50 more expensive than in the states for some reason.

And also the motherboard, RAM, and case I have no idea about, so can you give me some recommendations for those parts?

I picked a cheaper motherboard, added a wireless adapter because you'll need it, and added in the case and RAM:
