Lag Spikes on BF3 and BF4 when fps is 60 and higher

Hi, i have a problem with my computer. I get lag spikes on some games, such as bf3 (at any graphic setting), bf4 (at any graphic setting), Far Cry 3 (at any graphic setting). But i can play Hitman absolution and AC3 on ultra without any lag spikes. Im running them inn Resolution 1920x1080.

These are the games i have installed at the moment because i reinstalled windows 8
I have tried to move the games to the ssd for better performace and i have tried to reset the bios, but it didnt work.

But all of this occured after i upgraded my computer with new ram chips and dual gpu's.
I had no problem with lag spikes before the upgrade, Please help, and sorry for bad english.
Im also sorry if i have forgotten to mention some important stuff.

can the problem be the psu or the cpu?

PC specs today:
Cpu: I7 4770k 3.5 Ghz Stock clocked to 3.9 (Appcenter have that as stock)
CPU cooler: CORSAIR H60 HYDRO CPU COOLER
MB: GA-Z97X-Gaming 7
PSU: Corsair TX V2 750W PSU
Ram: hyperx fury 2x8gb 1600Mhz - new
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming 4GB PhysX in sli - new
Storage
Samsung SSD 840 EVO 250GB
Seagate Barracuda® 500GB

Got rid of the amd drivers properly?

I deleted everything on the HDD and SSD, so i hope all the amd drivers was deleted. I do not use Vsync in games, becouse i feel like its giving some lags, and thanks for replying

I dont know if you figured it out but fix for mine was downloading Firefox as primary browser, deleting existing Web Pluging for bf3 and bf4, downloading new web pluging and click on game repair. Chrome and explorer create lag for some reason. Now my cpu runs almost same as gpu when i draw graph in bf4 and fps are kind of stable as well. no more jumps. hope that helps

I dont know if you figured it out but fix for mine was downloading Firefox as primary browser, deleting existing Web Pluging for bf3 and bf4, downloading new web pluging and click on game repair. Chrome and explorer create lag for some reason. Now my cpu runs almost same as gpu when i draw graph in bf4 and fps are kind of stable as well. no more jumps. hope that helps

It worked, thank you. I made Firefox as primary and deleted Web Pluging on chrome. No more lag spikes

It worked, thank you. I made Firefox as primary and deleted Web Pluging on chrome. No more lag spikes
