RAM support for ASRock Fatal1ty Z97X Killer

I just bought a new motherboard (ASRock Fatal1ty Z97X Killer) and according to their website, these are the rams that are supported by the motherboard http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Fatal1ty%20Z97X%20Killer/?cat=Memory,

My question is, Can i use any ram other than the ones included in the list that doesn't have the exact module number as listed? Because there are plenty of rams and I would like to buy different module numbers but maybe same as the brands they listed..

Yes, most any DDR3 will be fine with your mobo, those on the QVL list are simply the ones they had available for testing at the time

One more simple question, I have 2x8GB Mushkin Blackline rams that are dual channel, and I had 2x8 GB Corsair Vengeance rams before which are dual channel aswell, but one of them stopped working and the other is still working, Can i use the 2 mushkins and the one 1x4GB Corsair ram together at the same time?

Give 'em a try, they 8s in slots 1-3 and the 4GB in slot 2, and let me know what happens

mushkins in red slots and the corsair alone in black first slot <-
Mushkins are 1600 MHz, while corsair is 1866MHz, computer running normally but will it last like this? Does it damage the ram?

No it won't damage the DRAM, and yes it will last fine
