MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V vs. EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB ACX 2.0

I'm fairly confident with my current build, except for the video card.

Now, I definitely think the GTX 970 is the way to go, but which one? I've been reading reviews for both, and here's what I've gather: both offer high performance, but the Twin Frozr V lacks a backplate which causes it to sag, while the EVGA card has been reported to have lower quality parts and a loud coil whine.
