Lagg in wow with decent set up

Hi, im having issues with lagg in World of warcraft. Just recently built this computer myself. Im pretty sure i should be having no trouble with anything playing on ultra, with shadows low.

Motherboard: FM2 A88M Extreme 4+
CPU: AMD 6600k 3.9Ghz (OC'd to 4.2Ghz)
PSU: 500w
GPU: GTX750i 2GB OC
RAM: 4GB 1600mhz

Wow recently improved their graphics and I'm not sure if your medium lvl graphics card would be able to do ultra.
